1. Core Agreement

By creating an account and utilizing SMMRocket's solutions, you are entering a formal agreement with our Terms of Service. We recommend a thorough review before finalizing any purchase.

• Acceptance: Using our platform constitutes your full consent to these rules. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.
• Modifications: SMMRocket reserves the authority to adjust, pause, or retire any service or policy at its discretion without advance warning.
• User Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining accurate account info. Any fraudulent activity or misuse may lead to immediate termination without a balance refund.

2. Service Execution & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth experience, please adhere to the following operational rules:

• Link Integrity: Do not place multiple orders for the same link simultaneously. Overlapping orders may cause system conflicts, leading to potential balance loss.
• Privacy Settings: Ensure your social media profile is set to Public. If an order fails because an account is private, it will be marked as "Finished," and no refund will be issued.
• Partial Deliveries: If a service is only partially fulfilled, the cost of the undelivered portion will be credited back to your site balance automatically.
• Quality Disclaimer: Standard or "bot" services come without a retention guarantee. Natural drops can happen instantly or over time.
• Delivery Speed: Timeframes provided are estimates, not strict deadlines. Delays may occur based on platform updates.
• Restricted Content: We strictly prohibit services for accounts involving gambling, adult content, violence, or illegal activities. Such orders will be canceled without a refund.

3. Refill & Compensation Policy

• Eligibility: Refills are only available for "Guaranteed" services where the final count is lower than the sum of the starting count plus the ordered amount.
• Requirements: Profiles must remain public and usernames must not be changed during or after the process for a refill to be valid.
• Timeline: The "Refill" option typically becomes available 24 hours post-completion.

4. Liability & Financials

• Account Safety: SMMRocket acts as a service provider and is not liable for any account restrictions, bans, or content removals by social media platforms.
• Refund Policy: All deposits made to SMMRocket are final and non-refundable. Funds can only be used for platform services.
• Technical Shifts: We are not responsible for delays caused by social media algorithm updates or API changes.

5. Privacy & Data

• Confidentiality: Your data is safe with us. We do not disclose user information to third parties unless legally mandated.
• Payment Security: We never store sensitive billing or credit card information on our local servers.
• Communication: By joining, you agree to receive essential updates via email or SMS. You can manage these notifications in your settings.
